Meetings are informational covering financial statements such as; closed units, closed volume, listings taken, listings sold and contracts written from the previous month. These meetings are held on the second week of the month with lunch provided from a vendor. After lunch the vendor will open the meeting with information about the services they offer. During this meeting awards are given to agents/teams who have hit goals or markers the month before. Announcements are made about new policies, technology and any Keller Williams Plano Market Center updates.
Agent Leadership Council Meeting
Meetings take place monthly and all agents in the office are encouraged to attend to offer their advice. During this meeting, profit/loss statements are reviewed (open books policy), educational/training ideas are implemented and brainstorming is done to find the best ways to make the office more successful. With all agents having a say in how the company is run and treated as business partners rather than just associates, agents share a true passion for making sure Keller Williams is the best place to run a real estate business.
